Mr. Smith is a civil litigator practicing in the areas of real estate, business, and construction litigation. Prior to joining Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell, he was a solo practitioner focused on civil litigation in Memphis, TN.

Mr. Smith grew up in North Georgia near Lake Lanier and enjoys fishing, canoeing, and playing golf. While at the University of North Georgia in 2018, he and a friend were the intramural golf champions of the two-man scramble tournament.
